While this position starts as a hands-on, task oriented role, we know our strongest asset is our team. We are seeking self-starting individuals, and will be looking to structure this role together for growth and expanded responsibilities, both within and outside of composting operations.

  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    • Experience with compost systems, agriculture, or climate issues.
  • We offer a versatile and dynamic working environment. We are seeking team members who aim to grow with our organization, and who may want to get involved with other parts of the business.

We welcome your application even if you do not possess all of the attributes listed above. We value lived experience as well as on-the-job experience and we consider this in our hiring decisions.
