SUMMARY:Volunteer Day at Revive the Roots
DESCRIPTION:Revive The Roots cultivates an inclusive environment free of
  judgment and biases where people and the environment thrive through sus
 tainable practices\, community building\, and education. We prioritize s
 hared resources and a collective vision to responsibly steward land for 
 generations to come.\n\nWhat to Expect on Volunteer Day:\n\nThe day star
 ts with a 12 PM check-in where the Volunteer Coordinator helps match all
  skill and ability levels with light to heavy levels of fiscal\, mental 
 and creative tasks. Members of our Land Stewardship Committee guide proj
 ects and help give insight into our practices on the land. Tasks vary de
 pending on the weather\, time of the year and what needs to be done. Dur
 ing our volunteer days you could be helping out with annual production (
 planting/weeding)\, trail maintenance\, habitat restoration (getting rid
  of invasive species and planting beneficial ones)\, organizing\, tool r
 epair and maintenance\, painting\, trash pick-ups\, building infrastruct
 ure and repair projects . All ages are welcome! The work ends around 3 P
 M when we gather for a shared meal. We make sure that there are always v
 egan and gluten free options.\n\nWe have limited space at our 1st Sunday
  Volunteer Days and we never want to run out of food. So please sign up
